A little History

I have been involved in the computer field as a successful software developer and more recently a software development manager for the last 29 years. You can see a little bit about my experience at the following link:

My first business, Ken’s Cool Outlet, LLC was formed in January 2007, primarily as a internet retail site for my new Ebay business. During the first half of 2007 I was primarily focused on selling on both the EBay auction platform and the EBay online store. I still sell on Ebay, but I’ve changed the focus of my business to helping other business make money with their website.

As I was building this initial income source, I realized that there was an under served market, that was not fully utilizing the power of the internet to grow their businesses. This market was the small business owner and their presence on the web. Too many businesses had a website that looked pretty, but was not being fully utilized to bring in new customers or market to existing customers. The whole field of Internet Marketing and Traffic generation is moving very quickly and the small business owner often didn’t have the time or trusted resource to create or update their site to take advantage of the new trends.

Out of this, MarketingHunters.com was formed. MarketingHunters.com is the Internet Marketing and Traffic consulting arm of my business (which is what I was doing myself as part of growing my EBay business).  As a consultant and partner with my clients, I’ll be showing them how to increase customers by making their business “Findable” on the Internet.

New Director of Marketing

I’m excited to introduce the newest member of our team.  Carla Smith has joined our team as Director of Marketing.  Carla has an extensive background in Marketing within the Real Estate industry.  Most recently Carla has been directing her skills in the Internet Marketing arena.   She is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Marketing.

Carla is a very hands on marketer and you will enjoy working with her to increase your customers and make your web portal a profit center instead of simply a sucking black hole of expenses.
